Community organizing is a value-based process by which people and groups who otherwise don’t see themselves as having the power to make change individually can band together, act together and together, bring about change.
The Thalia Group consultants are experienced in working with organizations – and in forming organizations – shaping and energizing them as problem-solving and dynamic combinations of capabilities. We help groups identify problems in need of intervention and, as change agents, develop practical means of organizing energy and resources toward resolving them.
The Thalia Group works with you or your organization to bring about necessary and effective social change – at the organizational level and at the broader, community level through a process of defining and actualizing.
