Our Toolkit: Turnkey Training
The Thalia Group specializes in Turnkey Training programs, in which we develop a curriculum and then prepare a group of trainers to facilitate the training. Since many organizations prefer to develop and maintain an in-house training team for their staff development, we enthusiastically offer this “training of the trainer” model.
As in all our programs and services, we consult closely with the client to determine the training needs and the desired outcomes. We create a specialized training curriculum and then facilitate a complete session in which all potential trainers are fully engaged as participants. Trainers and participants then review all aspects of the training in a formal debrief. We find that the opportunity for new trainers to experience the sessions as participants enhances their ability to assume the leadership role in the future.
Each Turnkey Training Program includes a complete Facilitator’s Guide with schedule, learning goals, checklist list of materials and handouts, and training suggestions. We provide ready-to-use handouts and Powerpoint presentations
