We will work closely with you to design a comprehensive process, building on the foundation of your organization’s values and mission, that will determine the best strategies to direct precious resources toward achieving the desired results.
Whether you need a “bridge plan” to move the organization through a challenging time, or a plan with a longer, 2 or 3-year view, we will facilitate a series of steps designed to build a sense of ownership and commitment throughout the organization, engage Staff, Board Members/Trustees in an active way, and ensure successful implementation.
What sets our approach apart from that of many of our colleagues? We don’t depart once the plan is completed. We don’t leave you with a nicely bound document that will sit on your shelf for a couple of years until the next planning process begins.
