The Thalia Group

Our Toolkit: Retreat Facilitation

Do you need time out? Are you looking for an environment away from the daily routine that allows you and/or your group the time and space to achieve breakthrough problem solving? Are you in need of a tranquil environment in which to focus on change and to dream? The Thalia Group designs retreats for personal and professional creativity and growth.

A Thalia Group retreat brings together artists, writers, mid-life dreamers, friends, and affinity groups. Whether you are looking for a tranquil seashore visit or a quiet restful country experience, we will work closely with you to plan and facilitate the perfect get away.

We take into consideration your unique needs, desires and time availability. We know that you need some distance and perspective from your everyday routine. We can provide the place, prepare all meals, plan and facilitate activities and send you home relaxed, rejuvenated and renewed.

Our corporate retreats are also tailored for your group. We know that your time and money are valuable; therefore our approach is highly focused and customized to ensure maximum impact.

Together we will create an agenda that guarantees enough time for each objective and activity, and targets your desired outcomes. We provide pre-retreat consultation and preparation to insure that all participants arrive with shared goals. The Thalia Group has years of experience in facilitating interactive group process and will skillfully manage time and tasks so you achieve your objectives.

We know that in spite of the best intentions, when a group leaves the retreat environment, the momentum toward change is sometimes lost. We are committed to helping you sustain positive and effective changes as you and your group or business move forward.
