There are many different approaches organizations can take when considering new programs, but the use of a structured development process is a consistent key to success.
The Thalia Group brings years of varied experience in program development and management to our work with organizations. Our structured process begins with consultation, which directs the extent of the needs assessment – could include data collection, surveys, focus groups and other research. A sound decision to move forward with a demonstrated need and clearly articulated goals is the first step toward development.
We prepare a program design for consideration – lively meetings that include brainstorming and critical feedback. The approved development plan is outlined in a Logic Model which serves as the map for implementation. Throughout the process our team is available – onsite if needed - to support and guide the development. We commit to the success of your program.
